How it worked

STEP 1:

Define your products:

If you are in the health care industry, your products will be the consultation and the lab test.

STEP 2:

Define packages:

If you are in the health care industry, your packages will include several consultation packages and several lab testing packages.

STEP 3:

Making contacts:

According to your products and packages, you need to select markets and find good contacts. After entering contacts into the system, it will become your most important category. Making contact means you are creating new opportunities.

STEP 4:

Creating Leads/Accounts:

Using your contacts, create business leads. The system will follow up on your leads until they are converted. Creating an Account means you have initiated a business relationship with them. The account can be a customer, supplier, partner, or investor.

STEP 5:

Making Opportunities:

Creating an Opportunity means you are expanding your business using your existing contacts. The system will follow up on your opportunities with a specified follow-up frequency.

STEP 6:

Follow Up:

This is the most crucial part of the business. Utilize tools provided by the system such as tasks, calls, meetings, emails, and the calendar to efficiently manage follow-ups and interactions.
